> Aloha AZ Build LLC has the potential to be a great company. There are some growing pains and a learning curve that most companies experience that this company did as well. My project went fairly smoothly. There were a few hiccups that were not due to the General Contractor, but the subs. The owner addressed these issues in a timely manner and rectified them to the best of his abilities and to the satisfaction of me, the project owner. Communication is key and Eric did a good job of keeping me informed of each phase of the construction. As a homeowner who's first experience with home remodel and hiring a contractor, it was a learning experience and overall fairly satisfying. My project turned out well. I would recommend Aloha AZ Build LLC.
