Our project was a huge, gutted kitchen renovation and we needed an architect that had vision for the space (we removed walls) and creativity to make a modern kitchen fit seamlessly into our twenty-year old mountain home. Mason was the mastermind behind the makeover. He took elements from nature; wood, stone, metal and combined them into a luxurious modern kitchen. it is a showstopper. I cannot say enough about his abilities and his work ethic. He was on top of this project from the first time we met and helped us manage the pitfalls coming with Covid and its supply chain issues. The renovation took months not years thanks to him and his team for planning so well in advance. The design is to-die-for. The aesthetic so pleasing to the eye. The work space brilliantly thought out. From the insertion of wood beams in the ceiling to the selection of the faucets and hardware, to all the storage spaces, he did not miss a trick. The end result is truly outstanding. We were not disappointed! We had a rough idea of what we wanted (clean and contemporary) and he quickly produced several very appealing designs. After choosing one for each room, the process of selecting cabinet materials/colors in his studio was painless. He then personally accompanied us to the various showrooms (where he was obviously well-known and respected) and proved invaluable in guiding us to the best aesthetic choices in tile, quartzite, plumbing and electrical fixtures, etc. Some parts of the implementation (cabinets) were slowed down due to supply-chain issues created by the pandemic, which of course he had no control over. Other than those delays, the installation went smoothly and with great attention to detail and quality. Mason was consistently and reliably available throughout the project and eager to make sure we were happy. We live in Asheville and would like to remodel our kitchen in a similar style. Thank you! A: It was a custom cabinetry company, Kitchen Craft of Tennessee. Owner passed away and sold the business.
