I'd definitely think twice before using them. They made me pay money before they would come to my house for a service call & then couldn't fix the problem. While I was willing to pay them for coming out it and diagnosing the problem, it wasn't worth the $250 they charged. I found got someone else who came out an fixed the problem in 3 minutes. Shame on this company for only giving me back $75 and keeping the other $175 without doing any work.
