**Q: Bathroom floor** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love the floor tiles in the shower area and would like to know who makes them and where I can get them.

A: Not sure who made them. It was a pebble mosaic tile with white and grey flat cut stones. We use Hunt Valley Tile and Stone in Baltimore for all of our tile, but any good tile store should have a good selection of pebble tile mosaics. Thanks for the interest!

A: Thank you. We designed them and had them fabricated by a local welder, Bill's Portable Welding.

**Q: Love the look of the kitchen!  Could I have the island dimensions?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I'm a bit tight on space in my kitchen.  I'm interested to know how much of an overhang there is for the stools at the island.

A: I believe there was a 10" overhang on this island, however if you needed you could probably get away with an 8" overhang. Good luck!

A: Thanks! We love the way this bathroom turned out! The white tiles on the walls are porcelain 6"x24" matte tiles with a linear texture and a little bit of sheen in the textured lines.

**Q: What type of floors are these? Engineered or hardwoods?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: They are 3/4" Brazilian Cherry solid hardwood floors.

**Q: Base cabinets** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are those Ikea Sofielund?

A: All cabinets are Ikea. The upper doors are Rubrik, a frosted glass on white boxes. The lower doors are Sofielund, a wood-look veneer, and have a raised linear texture. These lower doors are mounted on birch boxes. Thanks for asking and good luck!
