> Tobi Fairley's Inbox Interiors is the best thing that has happened to us as first time homeowners. To date, we have completed eight Inbox Interiors projects. Our projects include a formal living room, dining room, media room, playroom, patio and three bedrooms. We recently ordered two more Inbox Interiors projects. We plan to use this service to complete the design of our entire home.
> Tobi Fairley and her team consistently deliver beautiful and functional designs. We are so proud of our home and receive so many compliments from our guests! We are pleased at the attention to detail each project receives. We also appreciate that they work within our budget for each project.
> Even still, the most impressive part of Tobi and her team is how easy it is to work with them. No matter how large or small the project, they always treat us like valued clients, which means so much to us.
> We are glad that we took a chance and tried something new. We highly recommend Tobi Fairley's Inbox Interiors!

**★★★★★ — Kai F, Nov. 2015**

> We used Tobi Fairley's inbox design services to decorate our new home in Glencoe, IL. Tobi Fairley's team was really responsive and easy to work with. Tobi's team designed three rooms for us - our family room, our living room and our master bedroom. Their instructions for how to manage the process were helpful and their process for figuring out your style/likes/dislikes and budget were seamless. They were extremely thoughtful in regards to what works for a family with 4 children and existing pieces of furniture/rugs we wanted to incorporate.
>
> We now have three really beautiful rooms filled with color, energy and pattern - which is exactly why we hired Tobi Fairley in the first place. Everything was measured perfectly, colors were thoughtfully considered and the books that arrived were gorgeous and very helpful so we could order the pieces we needed to finish our rooms.
>
> Thanks to Devin Drury and the entire Tobi Fairley team for helping us feel at home in our new house! We are thrilled.

> After purchasing an Inbox interiors design, I was excited to get started, The small living room budget was $15,000. The proposal was more than 30% over the requested budget to complete, since the proposal did not include window treatments or shipping. The chair fabric was $176/yd. After ordering, Ballard Designs could not match the pattern on the chair. The ottomans were higher than the chair, making them unusable except as extra seating. The "problem area" called for an expensive console that would have the mdf showing in the adjacent room. Calls and emails to the company failed to resolve the problem. My custom design was 30% over budget and many parts were unusable. Pretty book though.

**Comment from Tobi Fairley Interior Design:**

> After reading you review above, we have to note that this information was quite a shock to us considering that your Inbox Interior was done almost four years ago. We have had no contact with you in all of that time, and despite your review here, we have no records at all that you contacted our offices about your issues with the project. If you would have come to us sooner with your concerns, we would have been more than happy to accommodate you. We do keep emails for at least 5 years, and a search of those emails only show that you contacted us with excitement once you received your Inbox design.
> We also would like to note that although your review says the budget for the living room was $15,000, the paperwork that you submitted to us said that your budget was $25,000 to $30,000 - a significant discrepancy. And the total we submitted for your Inbox project's product was $22,231.
> While we understand your frustrations, we think it's unfair for you to portray this situation without the full context. We hope you'll at least consider editing your review to include the fact that this work is several years old, and you chose not to contact us about it previously. If you have any further concerns or comments, we're always happy to listen.
> Thank you,
> Tobi Fairley & Associates

> Tobi Fairley Interior Design has designed the past two homes that my husband and I have built! Tobi and her team have been involved from the beginning of the project to the end which includes all aspects from drawing plans to designing the interiors! Tobi's passion for innovation, creativeness and tradition enables her to design custom spaces that are not just beautiful - but functional. My family of four uses all of the space within our 5,500 square foot home! My family and I operate at an extremely fast pace so it was important to design custom spaces for us to maximize our lifestyle. My family and I LOVE our home - thanks to the amazing work by Tobi and her team! Tobi Fairley's business philosophy is based on professionalism, integrity and a high level of customer satisfaction. There simply are not enough words to echo our appreciation to Tobi and her staff for their wonderful work! We highly recommend Tobi Fairley Interior Design!

> I am currently working with Tobi Fairley on our 4th project together. I believe that anytime you go back to the same Interior Designer that many times, it speaks volumes of how positive your experiences have been over the past 10 years with them!
> Each and every home that Tobi and her team have worked on for me have been the most enjoyable and professional experience of my building process. Tobi is always included at the very beginning with my contractor and a working relationship between she and each of them has always been well received.
> She is now working on my 3rd complete house renovation and just like the other times, it is going so smoothly and the end result is something I cannot wait to see. From room drawings to fixtures to furniture and fabrics, she is a one stop shop for my entire house. I trust her explicitly with all aspects of design and she never fails to go above and beyond what I thought was her best.
> My husband and I have loved absolutely everything Tobi has ever created for us. I know that when this house is finished, we will be just as pleased. She has the ability to know what we like before we know what we like! We simply don't know what we would do without her creative talent at work for us!

> Our kitchen was original to when the house was built in 1989. It was our last room to update and it is our gem, thank you Kurtis Kitchen

> Tobi Fairley and Staff were not only very talented designers, which was expected, but their level of business knowledge as well as time management were impeccable. They delivered everything and more! It was a very rewarding experience and our project is stunning.

> Tobi Fairley Interior is the most professional group of individuals I have ever worked with. Tobi is creative and business savvy. I have admired her work for years and when we completely remodeled a 6000 square foot home, she decorated the entire house. She interviewed all members of my family and decorated each room to suit their likes and needs. Tobi is dependable and extremely talented. I would absolutely use her again.

  - Description: I pushed the boundaries on this penthouse project in downtown Little Rock, AR, creating a bright and bold space that fit this chic and contemporary family. I gave them a colorful home that brought together the best of both classic and current styles. This project was featured on the cover of the April 2014 issue of Traditional Home.
- [Pleasant Valley](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/pleasant-valley-pj-vj~25393)
  - Location: Little Rock, AR

  - Description: This serene design for a young family with two young children was intended to maximize storage and organization and keep down "visual clutter" and stress for a busy lifestyle. The color palette was inspired by the clients' favorite beach destinations. Exterior porches were incorporated into the kitchen and master bath to increase the size of the home and increase the function. This project was featured on HGTV in April 2014, on the cover of At Home in Arkansas in September 2011, and in Better Ho…

  - Photos: 18
  - Description: I brought bold and bright color to update my clients' home in Sheridan, Ark. They have lived in their house for 23 years and needed a fresh new look. And, since their three sons have grown, the family's needs for the space have changed. In this remodel, I took the home’s main floor “down to its studs” to streamline its functionality. So a patio was taken out to create a larger sitting area in the kitchen—meaning guests can now all gather in this hub. And the fireplace in the family room was move…

  - Photos: 26
  - Description: As a family grows and changes, so should the family home. When a recently married couple with a combined total of six children was ready to bring everyone under one roof, finding a house that suited their complex needs was a challenge. I helped them turn a small cottage on a quiet street into a hard-working (and spacious!) family home. We worked with Carolyn Lindsey of Yeary Lindsey Architects to open the kitchen into a large family room and add a new master suite, office, powder room, and utili…

  - Description: This is my previous home, designed to be hard-working for my young family but also look chic and fabulous for entertaining friends and hosting charity events. Incorporating a variety of shades of greens, black and white, blue, and orange layered throughout the home satisfied my love of color but by keeping the walls and flooring neutral, the color is not overwhelming to my family or guests and the design feels cohesive and comfortable. This project was featured in Traditional Home Magazine in Ma…

  - Photos: 17
  - Description: My clients loved bold, bright colors and patterns and they loved that that's my overall viewpoint, too. They had choppy rooms that didn't flow, so we gave the living areas a face lift. I also did a major renovation of the master suite by adding a new wing. And we added a twirling room for the daughter in the family, who is an award-winning feature twirler. The clients also love to entertain their friends and family, so we also added a guest bedroom for visitors.

  - Photos: 14
  - Description: This project is the family home of a mom and her two actor sons. - Description: Featured on the cover of House Beautiful Magazine, this project for a couple with grown children and 4 grandchildren was intended to remind the client's of their favorite boutique hotels and travel destinations. A contemporary look rooted in traditional pieces was the concept for this project to ensure that the client got the chic result they were looking for but with an interior that still had a seamless transition to the traditional architecture and exterior.

  - Description: The challenge for this project was to create a family home for a blended family with a traditional husband and a hip and contemporary wife. Creating "cool" children's spaces for the 3 kids and making the living spaces a perfect blend of traditional and hip so both homeowner's were happy was key to a successful result. This project was featured on the cover of At Home in Arkansas August 2010 and the Dining Room was featured in Southern Living December 2011. The entry was also featured in House Be…

Complete with rooms ranging from “beachy” and easy-living to sophisticated, 25 talented interior designers created a cohesive and timeless feeling within the house that reflects the Hamptons lifestyle everyone yearns for when summer rolls around.
