Jerry's experience comes to light very quickly in the process both on-site and in the office where he would negotiate with every single subcontractor and advise when he felt one company may be a better fit for us even if it wasn't the cheapest. He constantly kept a close eye to our budget numbers, and even during a historically unpredictable time to build, we managed to stay very close to our original figures. His rapport with many of these companies played a huge part in how smooth the project would ultimately come to life. His extensive knowledge in the process helped us meet our timelines and avoid any set backs. My wife and I have worked with a handful of contractors in the past and there was always several points in the project that would set us back, not this time. He stayed on top of every sub, payed close attention to our build schedule, and always had the next contractor lined up to get in to do their part so it wouldn't hold up the next sub. Yvonne was always available for any questions we had even when it may have been outside her direct scope of work. She remains very connected with the project, always had any bid or contract over to us very quickly, and when a contractor is taking too long to get back to us, she is in constant contact with them to make sure they are not leaving us out to dry. Christian came on about half way through our project and was a joy to meet on-site with what seemed like almost daily. He is a bulldog in holding the contractors accountable. More times then not, if I had a question or concern about something, he had already handled it. I will admit, my wife and I had interviewed several contractors prior to committing and we could not have been any happier with the end result. Jerry and his team at Integrity are true luxury home builders and it was a wonderful experience for our entire family. **★★★★★ — Charles Mackintosh, Dec. 2022** > We contracted with Integrity Luxury Homes in the fall of 2019 to manage an extensive interior remodel that involved moving interior walls, adding interior walls, new doors and windows, partial kitchen remodel, installation of a second kitchen, master bath remodel, full interior re-paint, full exterior re-stucco, roof re-coat and seal, building a 1700 sq ft garage, upgrading electrical, adding a second septic system, concrete, pavers, block wall builds and adding automated gates. Design and permits were completed and we were ready to break ground in April 2020, just as the pandemic hit. Due to the uncertainty, we asked Jerry to put our project on hold. He graciously did so and later in the fall of 2020 we broke ground on the project.
