Delecatus (spelling?) is the color **Q: are these vinyl windows?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: They are Anderson 100 series windows. The are a fiberglass composite product. Been using them 5 years now and have had wonderful results. The price point is pretty attractive as well. They don't swell and twist like vinyl and they are very rigid. The large window in that picture is one piece all mulled together. I've also done them where I buy 6 individual windows and frame and trim in between. Probably ends up close to a wash in price but gives you a little different look. I prefer the second route myself. Let me know if you have any other questions **Q: Shiplap Ceiling Sheen** *(in Design Dilemma)* I'm installing these boards between the beams horizontally and planning to paint them Super White by Ben Moore to match the window trim. Window trim is satin, was going to do matte or eggshell on boards and a very pale gray in eggshell on walls. Looking for a rustic not overly formal look which sheen would you use? A: I would highly recommend painting it in place. Or at least the final coat. Crawfords putty is very good, won't shrink and crack. If you put 2 rounds of that on with a good sanding in between you should be good. Or prepaint before install and put a final coat on once it's in place. I know from experience that it is kind of a pain in the rear but it looks the best once its done. **Q: Love the countertops. What is the name of the granite** *(in Photo Questions)* A: The name of the granite is Cygnus (spelling?) Mid priced granite that has a lot of grays and browns in it with some white deposits throughout. Color changes quite a bit depending on what you put around it. Very cool granite with unique movement. Make sure to get a sample first or preview the slabs. I currently plan on using it on a project but the Cygnus I'm seeing in circulation right now has a very purple tint to it. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
