Doesn’t respond to emails as timely anymore. Didn’t respect our belongings and left work area a mess multiple times. Uses stock photos on Facebook and makes promises he can’t keep. We found Aaron Baker to be very easy to work with. He made sure we understood and were completely comfortable with our decisions, and we felt no pressure to go in any direction in which we were not confident. We were ALWAYS aware of how things were going. Aaron stayed within both schedule and budget (to the dollar!)throughout the entire project. Our house is about 20 years old. I called Aaron to get a quote to have it replaced. He told me that he thought it was still under warranty. Aaron made the calls to Anderson and found that the door was still under warranty, took pictures to send to them and made all the arrangements to get the doors shipped to our home. When they came in, the staff from Baker Builders came and installed the doors. They accommodated our time frame and the Michigan weather and came a day early while it was still semi-warm outside.
