Just like the first time, they were professional, courteous and timely. They are always available to answer questions. If there is an issue, they are quick to respond with a solution. They keep the workspace clean and they neaten up tools and equipment each night. And they stay on schedule. I really like the app they use. It’s a great way to see the schedule, finances, ask a question, sign documents and review the contract. They also back their work. If there’s an issue once the project is complete, they are very responsive. I am very pleased with both remodels and I receive quite a few compliments about them. This was important because we wanted a wall removed, storage created and relevant function in our kitchen. GMH also uses a unique air filtering device. It is a super-giant HEPA filter that keeps the dust down in the rest of the house. > The craftsman ship was better than we could have ever hoped. Their carpenters are true woodworkers and pay meticulous attention to the tightness of joints and finished color in all light situations. The detailed method they used was far beyond our expectations. > I don’t think we had many changes to the original plan, but GMH was quick to respond and discuss cost impacts. > There were recommendations by GMH that we had never considered and made our new kitchen complete and enjoyable. The richness added by the addition of furniture ends to our cabinets is more than we could have ever hoped for. > The project was completed in less than their anticipated timeline which was a big bonus for us. > I should mention that being a NARI contractor, they were sure to have all the necessary permits from the city and the inspectors were scheduled so as not to cause a delay in the project. > We were so impressed by every facet of GMH, that we had them do our bathroom while we went on vacation.
