Parts arrived broken. Cabinet was not what I had ordered. Delay, delay, delay. I will never use this company again. I was told over and over again that we had paid in full. Now, after weeks and weeks, they tell us we owe nearly $5000 for the countertop! I still don’t have the correct cutting board for my sink. They delivered me 2 huge cutting boards that don’t fit my sink. Needless to say, it was a bit of a schedule challenge to fit in a kitchen remodel. However, I worked with a very patient kitchen design professional at Curtis Lumber who expertly configured the most exquisite use of available space within 2-3 appointments. This was quite a challenge as I had specific goals for the space and was very acquainted with true functionality in a well used kitchen. The plan was to take down two walls and double the existing space. I had an extremely small budget but now needed twice the amount of cabinetry in my new kitchen as the old, due to the excellent new kitchen design. I ordered the least expensive Merillat cabinets available with a cinnamon finish. They are gorgeous; no one believes what I was able to do on such a limited budget. I couldn't be happier; the folks at Curtis Lumber are the best!
