**Q: Where can I put TV in this room?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I only have one complete wall in my bedroom. The opposite side are all closet. How can I put TV on? One option is to move closet doors against two sides wall and enlarge the wall between closets. Of course, I'll need to remove the mirror too and then I can hang up a small TV on that wall... Any other suggestions? Thanks!!

A: In this day and age, there are actually a limitless number of places available for your tv.  The simplest is to mount a flatscreen tv on a movable wall bracket.  But for fun, take a look at http://www.auton.com.  I have worked with their systems and they are well-engineered.

**Q: Need help with my staircase!!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I have a railing coming down the wall. I want to change, where the wall ends, to a curved railing with balusters.  Question is, will it look appropriate having balusters at the end, without having balusters coming all the way down?

A: Your question is an excellent one.
I would suggest that the answer is to turn the focus away from the ballisters and to look at transitioning to the classically-detailed doorway.
I can see why the wood-turned post was used as an attempt to handle that transition. 
You have a number of options open to you.
I would recommend replacing the wood-turned post with a square post that would have fluted detailing to repeat the doorway casing.  You can then end your railing to this post.
This should visually solve your dilemma.

**Q: What kind of wood is used on the ceiling?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the wood stained? And if so with what color stain?

A: The ceiling beams were original with the house.  The finish is all faux painted.

Anyone know name & manufacturer of orange fabric?

A: This was the owner's personal selection which we don't have access to.  I am sorry we can't provide more information for you.

A: The carpet is custom manufactured that was supplied by the owner.
