> We hired Charlie to build our custom home, which broke ground in December 2018. We worked with an outside architect who produced construction documents that we brought to Charlie, who then bid out the project. What stuck with us from the outset was Charlie's honesty and openness about the process, from start to finish. We really liked that Charlie viewed himself as there to build our dream home, instead of pushing his own preferences on us, like some of the other builders we interviewed. At the end of the day, our gut told us to go with Charlie, which turned out to be a great move.
