They helped us at a time of need when the Koi pond in our backyard, with 15 large Koi, began losing water indicating an extensive leak somewhere in the pond system. Laurie spent a lot of time with us over the phone with things to check and tips to resolve the issue. When we did these things and still had a leak, so she came to our house to access the construction of the pond. Laurie and her husband David came out and readjusted the stones and plastic liner in the stream (waterfall). This helped, but still a lot of leakage. They finally concluded there was a hole somewhere in the pipe from the water pump at the bottom of the pond to the top of the hill where the bio-filter is located. We thought this was going to be a lengthy, timely, and expensive process. David and their son Graham were at our house at 9:00am and had the entire job completed by 1:00pm. Everything in the yard and the pond system where they had to dig up the ground was back in excellent shape. We were extremely pleased with the work and the cost. We have since been to their nursery twice and bought water lilies and plants. The plant is a blue Bacopa. **Q: Exterior color scheme** *(in Design Dilemma)* We have light blue vinyl siding (yuck) which we cannot afford to remove, however, trying to improve color scheme. Currently, there are faded burgundy shutters. We are thinking about navy blue shutters and door. Would love some input on this idea, or something different altogether!
