But some projects, I just don't want to tackle. In 2014, my wife and I bought a fixer upper with more space for the family. Our bedroom is large and had a sitting area. We decided to convert it to a bathroom. The problem was there was no water/drain lines in the room or even near it. We search for contractors and found Balducci Remodelers. From the start we had a good experience. Cameron took time to understand our project and work with us. Our project was different, because we decided to do some of the work. On the first day, I thought I was being punked. Seven plumbers showed up to complete the rough in installation from the basement to the 2nd floor. Balducci completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up each day. Any issue/concern I had, they worked to resolve it. This included a Saturday visit to ensure the shower pan was not leaking.
