> I would like to thank Mr. Dillingham with Constructure Services.  He took our architecture plans and completely revamping them to give us more space in our kitchen for a beautiful pantry and laundry room.  It has been five years since our remodel and we enjoy our home  very much.  The recommendations each step of the way made an impact on the redesign of our home.

> Two stars because it's beautiful.  Master bath/closet & home office remodel completed 4/2015 and we lived in the home during the project.  The work turned out beautifully, but took 4+ months longer than originally projected.  He was rarely on site to supervise subcontractors except for each morning.  We caught many mistakes/problems that otherwise may have gone uncorrected.  We had to constantly ask him to communicate about timeline, what was happening next, etc., but he never followed through consistently in keeping us in the loop.

> A heated floor installed in the bathroom failed after 1 month and we are STILL trying to get him to repair it.
