I ordered a mantle / fireplace surround in May, and had to chase them for any communication regarding when it would actually ship. My renovation project was scheduled for the summer, so I called, emailed, left messages and tried to get any answer about timing. Finally after multiple attempts to reach a person, someone responded and told me the fireplace surround would ship in Mid October. That date came and went with zero communication. I emailed to ask what is going on, and have received no response.
