In all of those projects, Bill Ready as the general contractor has been efficient, shown good judgment, been diligent and communicated well both with us and with his sub-contractors, who clearly respect him and pay close attention to his and our wishes for excellent execution. Bill's wide range of experience enables him to offer top flight suggestions and input about design and materials selected. In many cases, he has handled framing, carpentry, and cabinet, door or window installation himself, relying on his stable of good subcontractors to handle specialty aspects (e.g., plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, painting) when that is more efficient.
