**Q: I can’t find a place to rate my DISAPPOINTMENT!!I bought 3 if these pi** *(in Product Questions)*

I bought 3 of these pictures for my husbands birthday. What a disappointment! They are framed in simple plastic frames. All the fancy backing is a photograph in paper, not a beautifully framed picture. Save your money! This is a phoney. I complained & they continue to misrepresent these portraits.

We do not use plastic frames.  
In the description it notes that this is not a tintype and is a paper print and in the product specifications, it notes that the frame is made of wood. 

You may send this back to us and we can give you a refund.
