From the initial planning stage right through to completion of the project we were impressed by the team's knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness and creative approaches to a design best suited to our needs. The installation team were courteous, worked within the time-frame promised and left the work area spotless when finished. We are extremely happy with the end result and will continue to recommend Organized Interiors. **★ — Rebecca, July 2023** > The installer left tons of dirt and debris al over the floor and shelves, dirty finger prints everywhere, and a few dents in my drywall. The end result looks messy and unfinished, not like a custom install at all. When I reached out to complain with photo evidence they advised that they spoke with the installer but there was nothing further they could do because I had cleaned the area myself afterwards... as if I should have just left this mess in my house for days until they responded. Their response to the dents in the wall was "Damages to drywall can happen on occasion" and that's it. I had to buy materials to patch this myself. Honestly how this was handled after the fact was more upsetting that the damage itself. **★★ — negutza, Feb. 2021** > I hired Organized interiors to build a wall bed. My consultant was Mike Seguin. The final product was an average wall bed even the quality of the material is good. The wall bed was quoted at 11,277 CAN$ and I could never get a detailed calculation from Mike Seguin even I asked for it repeatedly. At the end they did not put the hardware I chosen initially and I accepted a cheaper one they had just to finish the project. They did not do any price reduction for this and charged my credit card without asking me with the last portion of the payment. The cabinet is done in a material and covered with a second layer of the material in top. When you open the cabinets it does not look right. I would not recommend Organized Interiors as the project was over priced without anybody from Organized Interiors to be able to justify in detail how they reach the magic number. So if you go there for a project please ask the detailed quote and think twice before signing. **★★★★★ — C. Micheline was my consultant and did a few design revisions to make it exactly what I was looking for. She was fantastic. And the installation took place in one day and the installers were efficient and professional. We used Organized Interiors to design a wardrobe for the master bedroom. It was a smooth process from the design to instillation. After finishing yesterday, the strong chemical smell come around all over the bedroom, I opened the window from yesterday afternoon in such frozen winter. I took my children sleep on the floor in another room. Meanwhile I spent $500 order a super effective air purifier Allerair as soon as possible. I couldn't sleep in the deep night, the Poor company destroyed our Christmas. We booked a formaldehyde test after Christmas. The beginning is so terrible in the new year! Maybe we need a lawyer to meet Organized Interiorsin in the a court. > If you want to order in this company, you must think, think, think! Further we are not clear about the chemical you are describing. Our designer, Shawn, was really knowledgeable and was able to provide us with a design that fit what we needed. My one advice before settling with this company is to do your research and know what you're paying for. We were not 100% satisfied with our final product and we think we could've gotten a lot more for what we paid if we had done more research. It was a simple closet that took over 3 days across 3 weeks to complete because the installer kept bringing a defective mirror to install that did not fit the proper height. When calling the head office to get this sorted out they were either non-responsive or very late in responding our messages. We have decided not to hire them to install our entertainment unit and are thankful we did not sign onto that job together all at once. **Comment from Organized Interiors:** > The timing of the project was not 3 weeks in fact the repair was completed in 6 working days. We found the staff to be very creative in developing much needed storage space while still having an eye for the design and creating the look we were trying for. The installers were also excellent and very easily adapted to a a couple of quirks that we found on actually getting into the space. The workmanship and quality was excellent. Caroline Mason was extremely professional, and her attention to the smallest of details was much appreciated. Everything from clothes to shoes to handbags and jewelry now has a place of it's own. In addition to the dressing room, we also had Organized Interiors help us design our en-suite bathroom. We were pretty picky about how we wanted the vanities and open shelving unit to look. Caroline listened and stayed true to our wishes while adding her expertise to make our bathroom space as beautiful as our dressing room. My makeup vanity is both functional and pleasing to the eye, and my sink vanity and open shelving unit now store all of my belongings neatly - gone are the days of clutter! At first the choice of who to buy from was very confusing. All the booths had wonderful displays of the latest designs of closets and wall units. Some even had hide-a-way beds and home offices. > After going back a second time and speaking to the sales people in all four booths we decided to work with Organized Interiors. Somehow we felt more comfortable with the answers and suggestions we were getting. Looking closer at the materials, we also found the other companies designs looked like kits you put together or pre-fab items that you would find at places like Ikea or Costco. That's not what we wanted. The odd shape of our master walk-in closet needed a custom built in design not a kit. We also felt we deserved better. > We made an appointment with one of the Designers to visit their showroom. That's when we saw the WOW factor. My husband and I felt like kids in a candy store. It took us almost an hour to put together a wish list because of all the ideas we saw in their floor models. You could say we got carried away a bit, but it was fun! We became overwhelmed and confused. We sat down with our designer and he quickly helped us organize our thoughts and needs. This was the best part of our visit. With his pencil, a ruler and graph paper, we saw straight lines and a few interesting angles transformed into what eventually became the pride and joy of our renovation project, "my personal walk-in closet". It has so many little luxuries and necessities that when guests visit it's the first room I show them! > My husband said it best, "Organized Interiors engineers their designs to build dreams". We were so pleased at how easy and enjoyable our experience was that recently my Husband wanted a home office created and we immediately thought of Organized Interiors. The designer was very professional and on time (which is very important), she had great ideas and we really liked the samples she shared with us as well. I will be honest, they are not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for, and the value for money is very very good. After a few edits we were very happy with the layout and proceeded to place the order. The custom cabinetry with all the parts arrived on time, the installers did a great job and were very clean and we were very satisfied with their work.
