> We were designing and building a house in South Carolina while still living and working in Illinois. It was critical that we find a designer who would be flexible to work with us and be our eyes and ears on the job site. We were so blessed to have had Renee recommended to us by our architect. From the beginning Renee understood our vision for our coastal retirement lifestyle and design aesthetic. She is a consummate professional working with builders, suppliers and subcontractors. Our builder and his staff  were blown away by her organizational skills and the ease with which she worked with them. She is extremely reliable and will always be at meetings on time and answers phone calls and texts promptly. She respected our budget and when we found an item we loved but was over our budget Renee was able to find a similar less expensive item which gave us the same look. Renee has a love and energy for her profession which is authentic and she is a delight to work with. We give Renee a 10 out of 10 from our experience!

We were interested in a plan that we could aim for understanding we had a budget and couldn't afford to buy everything at once, Renee gave us just that.  She provided by room two options for each space and different ideas.  this has been super helpful as we collectively try to make sure we are purchasing things that will go well together over time.  She also provided us a paint guide for the whole house which is SUPER helpful as you are trying to make sure rooms go together and have a theme to your house.  Renee also provides knowledge and expertise to areas we know nothing about, curtain length, rug size and wall decor. Most of all she appreciated my taste and helped to create something beautiful with it. She was a life saver during the process and saved us money and sanity. She made the building and design process fun!

A: Thank you so much for the compliment.  It is not a catalog railing, the builder had them made for us from a local iron worker.  It is a pretty standard cable railing with a walnut stained handrail that any contractor can reproduce based on this picture.  Thank you for your inquiry!
