> Jason is a true artist and professional!  Due to some personal happenings, I never got around to posting this review in a timely manor. I also don't have pictures that do it justice, as they were taken with my phone; nevertheless, I think you will get the idea.

> I've used Jason Suydam/Dream Team Construction on at least 3 projects over the last year or two.  I've had him install hardwood floors in my office building.  I've had him remodel and repair my office building following water damage. And I've had him investigate how to lower my utility bills in my home and complete the first of three phases.  In each project, Jason was forthright, honest, reliable, dependable, and cost-efficient.  Jason is conscientious about his work; he is a skilled artisan in the best and highest sense of that word  I would use Jason on any project involving construction, remodeling, or repairing around my house or my office building.  I doubt there are enough superlatives in the English language to describe the wonderful job and supremely professional work that comes from Jason and his team.

> Jason Suydam, owner of Dream Team Construction, is a thorough professional. I hired him to advise me on how to make my home more energy efficient. He explained my options along with the cost benefit of each. With his advice, I decided which options to select. He installed an attic fan, replaced drafty, cloudy windows, insulated the inside of my garage door and added insulation in the attic. The costs were reasonable and his work quality was superior. Jason kept me informed of the project status and kept the progress moving along in a timely manner. His attention to detail is remarkable. My utility bill dropped 20% after he installed just the attic fan in the first phase. He completely sealed my new windows and they make my home look lovely. He installed the attic insulation the same day. Immediately I noticed the air conditioner ran less than before. I will gladly keep hiring Jason.

> General repairs to exterior surfaces.  Replaced rotted eaves, facia and front porch railing.  Noteworthy impressions:  (1) Jason did an outstanding job of matching the paint.  (2) He came up with an innovative and economical solution to replacing front porch columns, by replacing the rotted bases with treated lumber rather than the entire column.  His craftsmanship was so precise that it is impossible to see the joints.  (3) his cleanup was immaculate... down to sweeping the driveway to insure no leftover nails or screws.  (4) Jason provided a thorough explanation of repairs, and completed the job ahead-of-schedule, with no hidden costs or surprises.  Highly trustworthy; Highly recommended.
