He replaced cabinets and plumbing in laundry room. He replaced about 1500 square feet of ceramic tile. He replaced an outside French door. He created new drainage from the backyard to the street. He painted more than half of the inside of the house. > John and his designers created a unique design for the kitchen, including a large skylight. The pantry and desk area were combined to give a new appearance that unified the kitchen and the breakfast area. The cabinets were perfectly made and installed. The plumbing and appliance installation were done perfectly. He made sure that his subcontractors met his expectations for quality and punctuality. He inspected all work and had work redone to meet his expectations. He obtained all permits from the city and was present at all city inspections. Everything was kept as clean as possible during construction. After construction the entire house was thoroughly cleaned. Is it a veneer?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: We used a split faced marble that ranges between 1"- 1-3/4" thick. **Q: Beautiful countertop? What material is it?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Thank you! This top is a 3/4" glass top with a light etch on the bottom side to slightly enhance the iron in the glass bringing out the green tones.
