> Ebby and her staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. I'm renovating my kitchen and great room and needed a new wood floor. I was overwhelmed at all the choices and had no idea where to begin, but Ebby patiently explained the options while we went through the process of refining what we wanted. We spent maybe an hour in her shop and in that time were able to define some properties of what we were looking for: pre-finished wood, 3.5-inch, micro-beveled edge, medium tone, an unfussy grain. And, we had selected three or four samples. We got the samples in about a week and made our choice within a day. The wood arrived a day or two after ordering and it's being installed now. I'm very happy with my selection, and thanks to Ebby, it was much faster and easier than I anticipated. I'd recommend Ebby's Finishing Touches to anyone, especially to anyone doing this on their own and needing some direction.
