We have built a solid reputation based on outstanding design, personalized service, and efficient engineering. JAD specializes in the creation of many New England style homes including; Shingle Style, Craftsman, Capes, Colonials, Farmhouses, New Englanders, Saltboxes, and Coastal Styles. While each project is unique, they all share an artistic quality that separates a JAD plan from other stock plans. Our designs reflect a consistent timelessness, a certain stylistic restraint that can be described as aesthetically pleasing, clean, comforting, and inviting. We strive to achieve the ultimate balance; ultimately creating an attractive and efficient structure that provides for all the unique needs of its owner while responding to its specific site and its surroundings. Frequently, our homes exteriors have many classical details and proportions, while the interiors reflect a more contemporary open concept layout. ### Services Provided - Home Plans Custom Design Services Construction Management Room Additions Complete Remodeling ### Areas Served - New Hampshire - Massachusetts - Maine ## Business Details | Field | Value | | --- | --- | | Business Name | JAD Design Group, Inc. | | Address | PO Box 728, Amherst, New Hampshire 03031, United States | | Phone | (603) 578-1330 | | Website | http://jaddesigngroup.com/ | | Followers on Houzz | 43 | **Social profiles:** - Facebook — https://www.facebook.com/JADDESIGNGROUP - LinkedIn — https://www.linkedin.com/company/jad-design-group-inc- ## Contact - **Houzz profile:** [JAD Design Group, Inc.](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/architects-and-building-designers/jad-design-group-inc-pfvwus-pf~1099803807) - **Website:** http://jaddesigngroup.com/ - **Phone:** (603) 578-1330 ## Credentials **Certifications & Awards** - HBRANH Sales & Marketing Council Cornerstone Award - **Best of Houzz:** 1 award (2015), for Service. **Affiliations** - [AIBD - American Institute of Building Design](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/schools-and-organizations/aibd-american-institute-of-building-design-pfvwus-pf~1544540709) ## Reviews **Overall rating: 5.0 out of 5 — 4 reviews** ### All 4 reviews **★★★★★ — Baron's Major Brands, May 2016** > “Good Design speaks for itself.” Are the best words to describe my experience with JAD Design Group! If it were possible, I would give 10 stars. Outstanding professionalism, great work ethic, and above all, the communication was phenomenal! Thanks so much again guys **★★★★★ — thisishishouse, Oct. 2015** > Jason Aselin of JAD Design is a master of the quintessential New England home design aesthetic. Working with him to design our new home was a pleasure. He took the time to learn about us and our family, our lifestyle, our needs and wants. He took our suggestions into consideration, and expertly guided us in their best implementation in our design. Helped us refine our ideas into a home that would ideally suit our family. The design and revision process went very smoothly. We were very happy with the experience. **★★★★★ — Dana Boucher, Sept. 2014** > When my husband and I were ready to build our dream home we called JAD Design Group. Jason made the entire process a delight. He truly listens to his clients wish lists, is very creative, available when needed and stays with you during the construction process. We came to him with a lot of ideas, and a few weeks later he gave us a set of gorgeous plans that required very few changes! > THANK YOU JASON and JAD Design Group for making our dreams come to life! > Tom and Dana Boucher > Bedford NH **★★★★★ — judinj, May 2014** > We have used JAD Design for 15 years.
