The creation of a custom home is a partnership between homeowner and builder. This process is one of constant communication, resulting in a home that is undeniably yours. Our design engineer will walk you through 3-D virtual tours of your home prior to construction. This will give you a true feel of flow, size, color and livability. We will determine the exact specs and get the best prices to establish an accurate thorough budget you can count on. It's all part of the process.

> The project consists of a re-model of a run down bar where the previous owners did not do any up keep. We started out by having him do the new construction drawings which were changed by us about 20 times and he had no complaints changing them. When construction started he allowed us to do some sweat equity to save on costs for tearing the inside out, for which I know a lot of other builders do not allow this. He continues to allow us to do certain sweat equity jobs when needed and so far that has put us $9000 under his budget. I have a partner in this project and when we have differences of opinion he has been our 3rd party negotiator to smooth things out. His background in engineering and construction ideas continue to change on certain things to make the project continue smoothly and more cost effective in the long run. I would recommend Sysum Construction to anyone who wants excellent craftsmanship and a builder that works well with others on the project.
