**Q: What size plywood to put under tiles 1/4" or 1/2"?** *(in Product Questions)*

Putting these up on lanai ceiling. Only thing there is fiberglass and trusses(?) Use 1/4" or 1/2" plywood to cover ceiling first?

A: Hello,
I would personally install the thicker plywood to make sure you have a solid surface.  I also recommend to speak to a licence contractor to make sure you are able to have the extra weight on the trusses and that it meets with your local building codes for your home and business.

**Q: Can you glue these to the ceiling?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Hello Emurana,
Yes, these can be installed by gluing them directly to the ceiling.  You can use Loc-tite Powergrab All Purpose or Weldwood Contact Cement to adhere the ceiling tiles to the plywood.

**Q: Is there a tile for the ceiling fan to compliment the tile squares?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Customers usually attach the fan directly to the tile and cut away the detail that would sit behind the canopy. Another option is to use our flat border tile however, I believe using this tile is the best option.

**Q: Need different dimensions** *(in Product Questions)*

I am needing the medallion to have a 5" hole and a 10" diameter

A: Thank you for your question. I am sorry to inform you that this is the only size this style comes in.  The center hole for the medallion is 3 7/8" however, you can cut the hole with a hand saw to make it to your 5".

A: Those Ceiling tiles are sold at Proceilingtiles.com and are named the Stratford Sand 2x2 with Sand grid tape to get the grid to match
