During her initial visit, we carefully explained the modern, contemporary vision we had in mind, and she left us confident that she understood and could deliver on it. > > Unfortunately, the renderings and drawings she later presented were completely different from what we had requested. Instead of the sleek, modern look appropriate for a high-end Miami condo, her proposal resembled an ambience completely surrounded by wood and more suited to a rustic swiss chalet. > > When we declined that design and asked for revisions, the situation worsened. She became overly sensitive to our feedback, insisted that her fee only covered one or two changes, and demanded additional charges for new renderings. Even minor modifications were met with resistance unless we agreed to pay extra.
