All came out perfectly but for the roller shade. It didn't fit right and, although the sales person told us the hardware would show, we didn't realize she meant that it would be very unsightly and that the hardware would hang down about 1 ½ inches. Even the installer remarked that it really did look horrible. There was a large gap at the sides that barely covered the actual window. For $140.00, I could have purchased a DIY roller shade many times over and probably gotten a better look. Creative Blinds responded to our complaint and sent the sales person back to our house who remeasured and ordered a different product for us which looks and fits much better. > We are very pleased with the products. Because time was of the essence for us we didn't shop around for the best price, so I can't comment on whether we got a good value for the products. We hired them because we had responded to a flyer. We are/were supposed to received a $100 gift certificate for using Creative Blinds, which we have not yet received. The order was placed at the beginning of March, and it is now April 8th. We currently have these rather (to me) ugly shades in the living room and kitchen that I'd like to replace. We've used lighter wood blinds in the bedrooms upstairs that I think look okay but is it all too much wood? I think white would be too stark but not sure what to do.
