From start to finish the process was easy! We had an estimate done right before the pandemic lockdown. Due to the lockdown, we had to wait to be able to get the work done, but once we had a date, everything moved very quickly. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable, and beyond courteous. As they completed parts of the project, they would check in with us to ensure we liked how the project was progressing and to allow us to make minor changes (such as the degree of a side slope). This included a new stone pathway and patio, removal and replacement of a wood deck around an in-ground pool and major repair and upgrading of a carport with a new cedar ceiling, posts and overhead lighting. Hollander also designed and installed new cedar fencing with gates, revamped and/or installed new flower beds, sodded a portion of lawn and pruned and reshaped a large decorative yew tree. The material of the pool deck is Proma XL from Rinox. **Q: What paint color are the window casings and the trim?
