> Gary was very easy to work with during the construction of our new home. His knowledge and experience was an asset and given the fact that our lot was somewhat difficult to build on, he embraced the challenge. Green Emerald uses the latest technology in their construction, which makes for a very energy efficient home. Gary is prompt to deal with any issues that arise, he he follows through on his commitments. We lived on the west coast during the construction phase, but this did not pose a problem as the lines of communication were always open.
