> Bought kitchen cabinets and vanities from the vendor. When items arrived most have scratches in them with some more serious than others. J took the badly scratched one ( a drawer and two doors from the same cabinet) back to their shop fir exchange and they refused to exchange and claim its my fault and probably damaged it when handling it. The same cabinet arrived with no shelves and no holes drilled to mount the shelves and overall short on hardware to mount shelves for the rest of the cabinets. I also bought vanity showroom sample for cash, when it arrived the ceramic sink drain was broken nit from shipping but I believe they new it was broken and sold it to me anyway, and when I told them about they did not argue “as usual” cause they know what they sold me “a disfunctional sink” so offered me 50% refund instead of taking tge whole thing back. Terrible customer service, dishonest in their dealings
