> I am in the middle of having this company work on my beautiful new home, and they are doing something so unprofessional no one can understand how it is continuing. I have had over 30 workers at this home, all professionals, except this company. I have asked this company, composed of two men on this job, to stop the cigar smoking in my home repeatedly, I asked nicely and even wrote them how myself and my child are allergic to smoke, especially strong smoke like cigars, but more importantly how offensive and strong cigar smoke is to a non smoker. Despite my repeated pleas, seven to be exact, one of them continues to smoke cigars in my home and the owner of this company stands there and allows it to continue with no control. I am a property lawyer so I know my rights and what can happen as a result of their behavior. I am seriously considering having them pay to repaint the entire home, including replacing the cabinetry and pay for any and all costs associated with finding a replacement crew, should it come to that, including any costs of delays to my family, not to mention attorneys fees and costs associated with this action. I can’t express enough how disgusted I am that a company would recklessly smoke CIGARS in a brand new home REPEATEDLY, and once one of them even lit one up in my face and bragged about it to the owner of this company right in front of me. I can’t stress enough I don’t know them nor have had much interaction with them on this project save the professional discussions of the home. While this review is clear I’m disgusted, I have been more than patient and kind, and even bought everyone lunch, coffee etc during this project, and everyone else has been a pleasure to work with. But this company has gone too far with their unprofessionalism in my home, in front of my face and behind my back, thankfully the other workers are loyal and just as appalled. My husband’s father died of lung cancer and they continue to deface my new home smoking offensive cigars. No one should hire this company, this is beyond unprofessional.
