> Ultimate Pools has always done a great job for us.  From the time of installation in the early 2000s until now they have always been professional and responsive whenever we have a question or need service.  Ultimate’s staff is friendly and knowledgeable, can advise us on site, and do a great job. They offer options on the times to open and the times to close, and they are always here on time, when they say they will be here.  THIS is rare in today’s world!

> I am not able to even rate this company at all, but had to give it a one to post at all.   Their customer service is extremely poor, emails are never replied to nor are phone calls returned. The actual work is also not done to the standard I would expect paying the money we did.  Spend your money elsewhere! I strongly do not recommend this company.

This unwarranted review is baseless and an immature tactic on your part. Your project was completed in 2012 and we had no contact with you from 2013 until October 2017. All communications received since that time have been addressed. When your bullying tactics didn't get you the unreasonable results you demanded, you resorted to a cowardly method of slandering my company. Ultimate Pools, Inc. has been in business for 27 years with no legitimate complaints filed and a consistent A+ rating with the BBB. I request that you do the honest thing and remove this unjustifiable review.
