However, no follow-up or payment link was provided, which is standard practice with most professional vendors. Julio quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then cleaned our gas log system. It was evident that Julio takes pride in what he does. He made sure the fireplace area was protected from the expected debris that occurs when cleaning, and he removed all evidence he had even been there. In addition, he re-set the logs in a way that makes the fireplace even more appealing.
