> We selected Bora&Co Construction for our kitchen, family room, and 2 bathroom remodels. They always were professional, had great ideas how to make the project better, provided detail estimates, and their work was impeccable. They are also just a great group of guys. Very nice, do what they say, and are completely trustworthy. I was very nervous because it was such a big remodel and Cornel and his team were always kind and professional. No drama on their side ever even when we were being difficult We can’t stop looking at how beautiful everything turned out. We couldn’t be happier. Don’t hesitate to go with them.

**★★★★★ — Maria Elizabeth Ponce, Aug. 2022**

> We chose Bora and Co. Construction mainly based on reviews. Although on other remodeling websites they also received high ratings, Google reviews had them with 5/5 stars. BBB.org has them with A+ rating and three reviews with 5/5 stars. So Bora (& Co. Construction) was at the top of our list when we requested for a quotation for our home remodel project. Their quote only made our decision easier.
> During the process, Bora’s guidance and assistance made selection of materials for the project less stressful. Thanks to Bora’s staff’s assistance and guidance, we were able to select the materials that were used in the project to stand out. More importantly, their advice and recommendations during the project were invaluable and most of all beneficial.
> We truly appreciate the great job they did on our home. We can never stop admiring our house because of their exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, patience, and accommodation, not to mention, quick response to our last minute requests. People who’ve seen the house were quite impressed and their common comment is that the house looks brand new. We couldn’t agree more.

**★★★★★ — HU-558506386, Aug. 2022**

> Bora&Co is impressive! It was our very first remodel in our home, and we hired them to work on our small kitchen. Their customer service is impeccable, no matter who you talk to. George and Cornel have been amazing throughout the entire process. The two men who did all the work in the kitchen were super friendly and somehow worked neatly. If it weren’t for the delay on our counters, these guys would have been done in a week with our small kitchen!
>
> We also had a problem with our range hood, receiving 3 damaged ones in over a month. It took us a while to work it out with Home Depot/Kitchenaid, but Cornel and team were nice enough to return, even after the project was completed, to install the new hood.
>
> We are truly impressed with their work and service that we’re already thinking about calling them for our next project! Thanks, Bora&Co, for our lovely new kitchen!

> Bora remodeled our second bathroom and did an absolutely fantastic job. they were excellent in every way. the bathroom looks great and their crew (lead by Emmanuel) were timely, friendly and professional. they got the job done quickly and their work ethic is superb. I told Emmanuel in passing that my daughter was coming home from college for Thanksgiving with her room-mates and he made sure the job was done before then, even though I didn't ask him to do that. He said he wanted my daughter and her friends to have the bathroom all ready to go. i would absolutely recommend using Bora for any project. First rate all the way.

**★★★★★ — Todd, May 2021**

> I came to Bora with an idea for at least a minor kitchen refresh, new cabinets and surfaces to bring my old 90s builder grade kitchen up to modern, but I also asked Cornell to take a look at the space and give me his suggestions on what could be done. He and his team put together a proposal for my original ask and also a proposal for a larger change (that wasn't significantly more expensive) including replacing a peninsula with an island, removing a pantry for a more open dining room, and reworking a laundry and powder room area into something usable. I was amazed at not only the design but the detailed vision about how it would fit in my space and was sold. I added on a couple of other minor things (a fireplace, and redoing all of the baseboards and window and door trim in the rest of the downstairs to match the new kitchen), and then Bora's crew got started quickly and efficiently.
>
> Throughout the process, it was easy to communicate with Cornell and team, and I ended up with an amazing kitchen that is functional as well as beautiful. I've already recommended them to a neighbor looking to do a kitchen remodel, and will likely have them back when it's time to redo my remaining upstairs bathrooms.

> Cannot say enough great things about Bora & Co. My wife and I have been waiting for years to do a whole home remodel to turn our existing home into our dream home. From our first meeting we had a real good feeling about Bora and decided to go with them as they worked within our budget, were extremely professional, helped emmensly with design, and so friendly. Throughout the entire process we were simply amazed with thier work. The detail and quality was incredible, communication was fantastic, and any concern or surprise that came up was handled and taken care of promptly. I also have to shout out the crew that were here everyday. They were so friendly, hardworking, and very detail oriented. A total pleasure to be around. Also to George our Project Manager. You were simply incredible to work with. The owners Cornel and Jonny run an amazing business and have really created a gold standard in home remodeling. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Best experience we have ever had. Thank you Cornel, Jonny, George, and every crew member that worked on our house and helped build our dream home. We can't thank you enough! If your considering remodeling your home like we did, look no further than Bora & Co. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

> We loved working with Bora and are already planning our next home project. Cornell and team were incredibly helpful, involved, and available for all questions and proactively outlined the experience for us so we knew what to expect and plan for. The team was super friendly and efficient, and finished the kitchen right on time. Thanks so much Bora team and really looking forward to our next project!

> If we could give Bora&Co. a 10 Star, we would. They did an EXCELLENT job on our Master Bath and Master closet remodel. The team showed up on time, with mask's, they were clean, respectful, and VERY PROFESSIONAL. The work was of EXCELLENT quality, and the job was completed on time. I can't say enough about how well this Family owned business work together to make it go from ugly to modern and beautiful. Cornel, Joshua, and Vasili took our vision and created and delivered far more then we could have imagined.
> They are the real deal...

**★★★★★ — Ashley Emery, June 2020**

> I could not recommend Cornel and his team at Bora Construction more. We hired them to do a kitchen remodel of our dated condo which needed structural wall changes to open the space up. Cornel was great at seeing the vision for the space and making recommendations I wouldn't have even thought of. He was was a great partner in making our home beautiful. The team was efficient, clean and friendly. I would hire this team again in the future.

> We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Bora & Co Construction. It is a project we wanted to do for over 15 years because our kitchen in our 1947 bungalow had never been updated. We had the most outstanding experience with this company. We were impressed from start to finish, which was only a period of 5 weeks! The bid process was amazing because they came to our home and measured our kitchen, spending close to 2 hours of their time. The next morning we received two different proposed designs in 3D computer layouts. We then visited their showroom to look at materials. All of this work was free! At that point, we were absolutely sold on Bora. We chose the design and then all of the materials right in their office - no wandering around to many places looking for what we wanted. It was quick and easy. Then we were surprised that they have their own photographer who comes to take photos of the before kitchen, and then comes after the work is done for after shots. Much work was accomplished just in the first week, taking the kitchen down to the studs, doing the plumbing and electrical. In the latter weeks, we were blown away by how Bora management coordinated all of the different steps, and we thought all of the skilled workers were top notch. They showed up when they said they would, and they worked hard all day to get the job done. It was a completely different experience than our bath remodel, which we did two years ago. That job was a nightmare and took almost 4 months to complete. We recommend Bora without reservation! They are the best!

**★★★★★ — David No, Jan. 2020**

> When we bought our home, we wanted to totally remodel the kitchen and living room. We wanted to find a design and build company because we needed expert advice on materials to choose and the look and feel of the kitchen. Other companies either wanted us to sign a contract right away or didn't provide design services at all. We chose Bora because they came to our house, made measurements right away, listened to our ideas and created a design without making us sign a contract. It really helped us visualize what we wanted. One thing I also appreciated was the fact that they came professionally dressed in their Bora Construction uniforms. This is not a big detail, but it shows they have pride in what they do. Other general contractors showed up in jeans and a t-shirt.
>
> Throughout the project, the project manager at Bora was very communicative and gave us a heads up on how the project was going. When they found a water pipe and HVAC inside the wall we wanted to knockdown, they developed a way to reroute the plumbing and HVAC on the same day and without the ridiculous cost overrun. They basically charged me for just the materials. It's this courtesy that they showed throughout the project.
>
> They did such a great job, we asked them to do the same cabinetry and flooring on the powder room. It wasn't in the original estimate and timeline, but they added it to the scope of the project and still kept their delivery date. Wow!
>
> The quality is top notch. The engineered vinyl tile looks beautiful and the stacked stone on the fireplace looks absolutely gorgeous. They made expert suggestions like adding more recessed lighting to the dining area and living room, which makes our home so much warmer and brighter.
>
> I have pictures of before and after. I'll be posting those if I can. We are pleased with our choice to go with Bora Construction. Oh, one more thing. The price was cheaper than the competitors by more than 10%. I know this for a fact because we gave the same specifications and ideas to two other companies. The other companies suggested similar materials and methods, but charged more.
>
> In the end, we got a new kitchen, living room, fireplace, powder room and dining room for less than the other guys. We had smooth communication throughout the project. Thanks Bora.

**★★★★★ — Peris Joyner, Nov. 2019**

> I have a mid century split level. I wanted to remove a wall between the kitchen and living room to create a, "great room". In addition, I had a gas line brought into the fireplace, kitchen, back deck and added 3 rectangular windows for additional light. I used a website to find contractors and was given 3 referrals. The first to respond was Bora Construction. This family owned designed/build contractor set the high bar during our first encounter. Cornel, the proprietor of this business looked through our crawl space and within minutes knew how best to proceed with the removal of our wall and design the kitchen area. Within a few hours after he left, I had a design plan emailed detailing what we had discussed. Other contractors wanted to charge a few thousand dollars for this service alone.
> On the day construction started Bora Construction employees were on time and ready to go. They meticulously section off areas of the house to contain construction dust. I left for two weeks and returned to the wall being removed, framing and mud work completed, gas lines in place, electrical and plumbing connections rough in, cut outs from the inside for the added windows and the hardwood floors repaired, sanded and 1st finish coat applied.
> The cabinets, counter top, windows, framing, painting, plumbing, electrical, recessed vent and final finish on the hardwood floors were completed in the next six weeks. On time and within budget. What continued to impress me is the quality of work from Bora Construction employees. His workers are true craftsman and can adapt and change accordingly. Very few changes were needed from the original design, however, when needed, Bora Construction was able to adapt quickly and with minimal delay.
> Going through a remodel is disrupted. Bora Construction understands the process and is committed to helping its customers through it. Bora Construction is deserving of the 5 Star ratings they receive. Their work is exemplary and competitively price. You owe it to yourself to consider Bora Construction for your remodeling/building needs.
