Because of this delay we could not finish the installation the > same day and at our own expenses we have to send our installer another day to finish the > installation. > During the installation our installer informed us that toe kicks and crown moldings came in > wrong color, then we made the claim to the manufacturer the same day. > A few days later our customer decided to order pull out drawers and a corner organizer. > Claimed parts came but extra pull outs and other parts which were ordered by the customer were > on manufacturer delay and customer was informed about it. > After we received all items we sent our installer the next day to finalize with the installation job. > All the time customer was informed about timing and other manufacture / shipping issues. > NYC Kitchen and Bath is proud to have an excellent service for all of our customers and we > perform every job in a professional manner.
