They are always using their same subcontractors, coordinate the job well and are reasonably priced.  In the last year they also made a really smart business decision and brought on Linarosa Vendrasco as a senior project manager who I know has over 30+ years of experience in construction and lends a very meticulous touch to the jobs. Like a good wine, they have only gotten better with age. I look forward to working with them on more projects!!!

They completed all the work on time and within budget and any changes that I requested were well documented and estimated before proceeding with the work.  Our onsite project manager Joel was excellent - he coordinated all the sub-contractors and the permitting process to ensure there were no delays throughout the project.  I really appreciated Kyle and the team's attention to detail and commitment to get each aspect just right.  Ashton and Hope partnered very well with my interior designer and that being said, they have a great design sense and can provide guidance and recommendations on design decisions as well.  Overall, I highly recommend Ashton & Hope.
