> Beroli Construction just completed a major renovation to our 100 year old home.  The job had a variety of complexities including the replacement of two load-bearing walls with a new steel girder and beam to support the second and third floors, leveling the floor joists, installing a seamless hardwood floor, and a down to the stud renovation of the kitchen and primary bath.  We could not be more pleased with the results.  The Beroli team found ways to transform three small rooms into one beautiful open  space without the need for unsightly support columns or ceiling soffits. The project manager/owner scheduled frequent meetings to discuss progress and propose design alternatives and recommendations.  If there was ever a question or concern a simple phone call to the in-office project coordinator would fetch a same/next day answer or resolution.  Customer satisfaction was clearly a priority with Beroli as all requests or concerns were addressed immediately and fairly.  Finally, the experts that were working the job on a daily basis were all outstanding.  You can sense the pride they take in their workmanship and their affinity for Beroli Construction.  It was a pleasure to work with this team.  Thank you all!
