Prior to interacting with David, I reached out to several contractors as I was considering several remodeling projects but was disappointed by all of them. They came in took a look at what I wanted to do and never followed through. Even trying to get a quotation after their assessment was like pulling teeth. It was a completely different experience with David. When he came in and saw what I wanted done, he immediately sat at the dining room table, discussed my options and wrote up a detailed quotation. He even offered to begin working on the project the very next day and most importantly, promised to have the two bathroom remodeling projects I wanted to do within two weeks--i.e., before my house guest arrived. He and his team not only delivered on this promise, but did it with excellent workmanship. The only reason it took the two weeks was the delay on my part in getting all the requisite materials. Experts Remodel is not the cheapest and one has to pay for one's own materials/hardware. But as I mentioned, the quality of workmanship was excellent and David and Edgar went out of their way to help me get the materials that were needed for the two projects. They even sourced cheaper hardware like the tub I wanted, which saved me money. Their kindness and responsiveness was what made working with them such a positive and enjoyable experience and of course the two bathrooms when completed, were absolutely stunning.
