> Let me start by saying Todd and his team are diligent and forthright. I had confidence and trust in Todd from the start. His assessment of the situation was spot on, and he did not try to oversell or treat me like I was stupid in any way. Tod and his team treated me with respect, and I greatly appreciate that. I trusted them to their profession, and they worked hard.

> The foundation work entailed removing my cement front porch. My porch was poured up the siding of the house causing rot and was directing water under my house. They also removed the cement path that surrounded my house, all the cement around my house was directing water under my house causing cavities under the foundation and rotting wood. Under consultation of an engineer the front of my house needed to be lifted, YDB reinforced existing foundation replaced the rotten sill plate, rim joist, applying sealant and flashing to repel water, as well as other critical foundation details.

> The back corner of my house YDB poured a foundation buttress to stop this failing corner, water sealed and flashed the foundation. Replace and compacted the soil assuring a grade of 5% or better away from my house.

> My house was sitting a bowl being perpetually flooded. They regraded my yard 5% or better away from my house so water is no longer running under my house. Tod and his crew removed lover 50 yards of soil!  And they made a real nice gravel path around my house.

> My chimney originally had a 1x3 foot foundation support, this teeny bit of cement had shifted, and my chimney was literally dangerously teetering. They replaced the footing with a 4x4 foot chimney foundation and rebuilt my chimney.

> In October 2023 my furnace irreparably broke, I had a bad case of COVID at that time. I had a fever and couldn’t get out of bed. I 100% trusted them to their work and YDB had their furnace person come out, replace, and install the furnace so fast. I woke up to a warm house!
