> I live in Arizona and recently bought a lovely, but old vacation condo in Maui. The oceanfront condo needed a redo of new carpet, paint and furnishings.  I was recommended to La Tasha Baldwin as my designer/decorator.  She has spent time with me at the condo finding out what I wanted, taken me to look for furniture, brought carpet and paint samples etc. to me to look at.  She has met with electricians, carpet installers, and painters at the condo on my behalf.  She will handle deliveries and placement.  She is a full-service decorator and has taken the stress out of what could be considered overwhelming, especially since I do not live there.  La Tasha gives me complete updates on venders, printed layouts, and pictures with prices of her selected furniture pieces.  She either immediately takes or returns my calls on a timely basis.  She works hard at getting me the look I want but also making sure the size, color and look is right for the condo.  She has great attention to detail and great ideas. She is very professional.  I know I was in good hands.

> When we hired LaTasha to redecorate our condo unit, it had all the furnishings, wall paint and artwork from 2009.  We admitted to LaTasha that we had the design sensibilities from about 30 years ago and we are not comfortable with change.  We wanted to keep the furniture but we were willing to consider other changes.  Latasha was a good listener.  She provided attractive choices for new paint and lighting fixtures that were a little bit of a stretch for us but we were willing to try.  Some of the artwork was moved to another location in the apartment, some was disposed of, some was purchased and some was reframed.  With new sofa pillows, lamps, chandelier and hallway sconces, the look was complete.  LaTasha also helped us pick new LVP flooring and carpet to replace our old flooring.  We now have an updated apartment we like and reflects our taste.  We highly recommend LaTasha’s services as a design consultant.
