> We had three bidders compete for the construction of our new detached garage.  Chuck Homan was not the low bidder, but his reputation as a fair and competent contractor pushed his bid to the top. The project ran from late April through early September.  We were pleased with the communication through the project and only had one change order related to dirt work on the driveway to the new garage.   Upon completion we were able to immediately start using the new space and have been very happy with the result.
