I started Hymark Builders in 2000 as a small custom home builder in the Spokane and Eastern Washington area, specializing in high end, detailed homes . As a second generation builder, I understand that taking the extra time to do things the right way and having a high attention to detail are what will make Hymark built homes stand out from the rest. I’m passionate about creating quality homes and quality working relationships with our clients that long surpass the duration of the project. Whether this is your just-starting-out first home or your dream home, it should be a fun and exciting experience. > Hymark Builders built our home in 2012 and I couldn't be happier. The owner, Tim, is incredibly talented and has such an eye for detail. The level of quality of our home vs. homes built by competitors is unmatched. Tim strives to exceed the customer's expectations and satisfaction, and happily complied with all my requests. I am truly convinced there is nothing he can't do (just look at those pics!). I would (and do!) recommend him to all my friends and family for projects large and small.
