> Susan's designs completely transformed our home - and it's BEAUTIFUL! Our modest, 1940s Garrison colonial lacked the curb appeal of our new construction neighbors. We engaged Susan to design a portico over our front door and to convert our screened in side porch into a home office. Susan took the time to understand our style, and showed us how seemingly minor choices in materials and accessories can have a huge impact on the finished product. Things like the diameter of a column, the use of paneling as an accent, the width of trim boards, or the scale of the front porch lighting. Thanks to her keen eye, these small, cost-neutral tweaks resulted in a seamless, whole house "facelift" that gave us the look of new construction and increased our home's value.  We would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat!

Susan took our ideas and put them on paper, and worked with us to get not just the big picture but also little details just right - from the width of the long hallway to the arch of the portico.
