We ended up also putting a large island with a built in table in the kitchen, which completely transformed the look of the room. I had a fun time working with Rick. One of their partners was not good at communicating change request costs but Kastler worked with us to resolve those changes. They did everything from heavy reconstruction to creatively designing a new look, selecting a color palette, choosing furnishings, and placing the new furniture in our home.  This is our second project with Kastler, in 2013 they updated our kitchen and baths.  Kastler did an amazing job both times!  The quality of work as well as their employees and contractors are impeccable!  They are trustworthy, respectful, creative, attentive to detail, and very pleasant to work with. Can you please let me know what the countertops material and name is

A: Hello Jill,
This is a Forim thin porcelian material color "MARBLE STATUARIO A".
I will say we ahave strucggle with this material a bit but the read on it is beautiful.

A: This is a thin porcelain veneer with mitered edges.

What is the counter top material?

A: This is thin porcelain, we wouldn't recommend it. In fact on this project we removed it for real marble.

This ceiling is very beautiful! How many layers of white wash are on the pine planks?

A: It was a white wash stain so grain would still come through.

A: This was a custom colored finish to gray out the existing 2 1/4 white oak flooring.
