## Community Q&A

**Q: How do I obtain tiles like these?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The tile are custom made at our facility in California. The field tile are the "shell series" and cost $42.00 per square foot. The base pieces cost $16 per piece and they give you that flat edge, a similar piece can be manufactured for the top edge at the same price, but if you a fitting under cabinets you don't need the top edging. The Square field tile on the counter top measure 8" x 8" and run about $38 per square foot. We blended the glaze colors Chicago Green and Celadon. Please give us 4-6 weeks to manufacture. We'd love to help!!

**Q: tiles on the side** *(in Photo Questions)*

The tiles on the edge of the counter, is it a different shape specially for the edge? or was it cut from a whole piece? And how thick were the tiles? Thank you! :)

A: The tile along the counter are called sink edge in this case, or v-cap. They are designed with a right angle so as to have purchase as it wraps over the top the counter. The tile are fairly thick measuring a nominal 1/2".

**Q: What are the size of cabinet pulls and where we they purchased?** *(in Photo Questions)*

They are a little different than cup pulls. Love them and would like to know where purchased. Thanks!

A: I only did the tile, but the pulls look like Rejuvenation Hardware.

**Q: Help Locating Turquoise and Yellow Moroccan Tile** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Saw a program with the perfect turqoise and yellow tile backsplash similar to this.  Trying to locate it for a friend.  Any ideas?

A: The pattern is Moroccan but the tile is American. Figure about $45 per square foot.
