They created our dream kitchen and we are still in disbelief that it is ours! Their work is the absolute best and I would recommend them to anyone. This was our first renovation and I had a lot of apprehension as I'm a worrier. Little did I know, there was nothing to worry about since the reno was in the best hands possible. They completely gutted our kitchen and finished it in three weeks- which was way faster than anyone else I had spoken to said they could do it. We have a toddler, so I was concerned about her being around a construction zone, but again Eric's crew showed me I had no reason to worry. They were immaculate and cleaned up every night and treated our home like it was their own. They are professional, friendly, and best of all do absolutely amazing work! Eric was honest and realistic about what can and cannot be done. They were so reliable and showed up right before 8am and started working immediately until 5 pm and sometimes later. They have a great work ethic and are genuinely good people who want to get the job done right. Don't waste your time interviewing other contractors and companies like I did- call Eric ASAP if you want to get the job done how you want it and done correctly. Trust me- you won't be disappointed! In the future we'd like to remodel our bathrooms. Once we can, we will be using Eric Construction without a doubt. Please look at the pictures I have uploaded for the before and after. The first, better, longer one was deleted from Yelp to our dismay. > We are first time home buyers who needed a fully gutted bathroom restoration. We wanted a bubble-massage bath, porcelain tiling floor to ceiling, high-end hardware, and modern look. Being our first remodel, we read all the reviews available for the Contractors in our area. We had several estimates. Eric’s estimate was reasonable and we liked how comfortable he seemed with the work, so we asked for his service. > Eric began by telling us essentially what we needed to provide before he could get started. So we did our part and he and his crew arrived just when they said they would. > First thing was how they shielded off the work area. We were very impressed on how they addressed our concern of dust. They prepped the plastic shielding and floor padding like it was their own home. Of course the doors were open all the time for them moving in and out, of course there was dust and debris, but nothing a little sweeping couldn't take care of at the end of the day. > The first week was tear out, plumbing, electrical and rough framing. The second week was all the dry and durarock boarding, then paint. Third week was quick. Tile, bath tub, toilet, vanity, etc. After that there were a couple of tiny things that Eric personally stopped by the address. > Eric’s crew, Ricky and Pavo, were very knowledgeable equally in all construction fields. They both were handling tile, plumbing, painting, electrical, drywall, etc.. Sometimes I wonder why Eric was there at all. But Eric was there nearly every day working just as hard as his crew. We were very impressed. > This is a Polish crew, from Poland, who brings that Old World quality of work with them. They did not cut any corners. Believe me. We checked. Every measurement that I can see was well thought out. There is a ton of pride in our project. > Now I would like to tell you our feelings about Eric Construction. This company will get our next major project. No question about it. Why? Because Eric is an honest businessman. He’s busy too. Maybe that’s what that goof who wrote a bad review on Yelp about Eric was hearing. Hey man, he’s a small business owner slammed with work because he is in demand. I’d like to see you do better. One thing about Eric we have found, he doesn't have the heart to say no (with us anyway). > For you who are looking for a small outfit who will do a modern, professional, full service project, you should call Eric. He and his workers did a beautiful job. My bathrooms are brand new and beautiful. He can design anything. He put penny tiles in one of my bathrooms and it a work of art. Eric is not only talented but very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend him he will do a fantastic job you will see. If I ever need abything else fine I am calling Eric.
