Even if I had a client who wasn't particularly concerned with indoor air quality (which this mineral-based paint exceeds at), I would still recommend it for it's durability, fine finish and gorgeous, full-spectrum colors. There's just something special about the way mineral paint refracts light and makes color come alive. I have had it mixed in every range of color, from whites to deep blues to soft greens. And every time we get it up on the wall, everyone just marvels at how lovely it is. Just in terms of the quality of the paint, you could usually only expect this kind of finish and color saturation from a very high end product (and I mean super high-end $100/gallon imported European paint.) It's no surprise it is a designer and architect favorite, who specify it as a cost-saving "little secret" on many luxury projects. I'm just thankful they've kept the prices so affordable thus far so I can keep using it on my mid-range projects! All the green features are amazing, of course, and I'll let all Roma's writing on the subject tell you all about their brilliance in that department. I'll just make one comment on that, which is the "no paint" smell! I do some of the painting myself on projects and I just feel so good knowing that I, and my painters, are being kept safe from breathing in harmful chemicals. Folks, if you can detect a "new paint" smell, you are pretty much poisoning yourself!
