New build… love the sofa with team and black

A: Hi, thanks for your inquiry on the sofa.  That is a chair with sloping arms.  Many upholstery manufacturers offer that sloped arm.  It's a beautiful look.

**Q: How big is this kitchen and what size is each island** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am trying to understand the overall kitchen size and how large is the Islanders

A: Hi Andrea, sorry for our delayed reply to your question.  The kitchen has an overall size of 16'6" x 18'.  The islands are identical in size and they are 3'6" x 6'4".  In addition, there is a breakfast nook in the upper right corner.  The breakfast nook is 12' x 12'.  Thanks for your interest in our project and we wish you well with your project!
