During the design phase they carefully listened to our objectives for the project and considered our budget constraints, they provided a itemized budget proposal that includes high, medium, and low costs solutions and materials, and they completed this in a very timely manner. During construction a project architect showed up each day to go over all aspects of the work with the building professionals that were on the site. Last minute changes were not a problem and we were always given a fair estimate of the cost. The roofline edge was designed by Eddie. Beyond creating an amazing visual edge to the roof it also filters the desert sun to create a subtle play of light within the home. **Q: May I ask how tall the ceilings are in the living/dining areas?
